📋 Description

• Manage and coach a team of HR specialists, including performance, development, and daily workload • Own escalations and complex employee cases from intake through resolution • Maintain high quality and consistency in case handling • Own AskHR reporting and dashboards • Turn ticket and case data into actionable insights for HR leadership • Monitor knowledge base quality and close self-service gaps • Drive process improvement and automation of routine volume • Own immigration, global compliance, background checks, and reporting processes • Partner cross-functionally with Payroll, IT, and other HR centers of excellence

🎯 Requirements

• Three to five years of HR experience, ideally in a shared services, HR operations, or people support environment • One to two years leading a team • Comfort with case management and ticketing tools, including Jira and Confluence • Dashboard or reporting experience is a strong plus • Sound judgment on sensitive or ambiguous cases • Ability to determine when a case needs further escalation • Experience with Workday or a similar HRIS • Exposure to global or multi-region HR support • Must pass a background check as part of the hiring process • Candidates may be asked to verify their legal name, current physical location, valid contact number, and residential address
