📋 Description

• Design and build end-to-end features, covering everything from database models to user-facing components using React • Tackle a variety of areas: web and mobile applications, mapping interfaces, data processing pipelines, algorithmic relevancy, and real-time collaboration tools • Profile and tune performance across the entire stack to ensure efficient and responsive systems • Implement and maintain analytics, health monitoring, alerts, and logging to maintain operational visibility and system reliability

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years of experience working with JavaScript or TypeScript, particularly with React and Node.js (or equivalent frameworks) • Start Up Ready: Autonomous, moves fast, takes initiative without being asked • Experience working on a complex B2B Product • Strong foundational knowledge of Postgres • Familiarity with geospatial frameworks (PostGIS, GeoJSON, map rendering libraries, etc.) is a plus • Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and offer constructive feedback to help grow the team’s technical capabilities • Strong verbal and written communication, able to articulate ideas clearly and collaborate effectively • Bonus Qualification: A degree in Computer Science, Civil Engineering, or a related field (B.S. or M.S.)
