📋 Description

• Lead the design and development of enterprise Salesforce solutions supporting Pharmacy Hub operations • Serve as the technical authority for Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Flows, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and platform architecture • Define and enforce development standards, coding practices, security controls, and technical governance • Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture to evolve the strategic Hub platform roadmap • Design and implement solutions supporting patient enrollment, benefits verification, prior authorization, copay programs, patient assistance programs, case management, pharmacy fulfillment, referral management, patient and provider communications, and consent management and compliance workflows • Drive automation and workflow optimization across patient access services • Lead a team of Salesforce developers and engineers • Perform architecture reviews, code reviews, and release readiness assessments • Mentor engineers on Salesforce best practices, design patterns, and platform capabilities • Provide guidance on complex technical issues and production support escalations • Champion Agile development practices and continuous improvement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience • 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce platform experience • 3+ years leading Salesforce development teams or enterprise implementations • Experience delivering complex, integration-heavy enterprise systems • Experience supporting healthcare, pharmaceutical, specialty pharmacy, patient services, or hub service platforms preferred • Salesforce Service Cloud • Salesforce Experience Cloud • Apex • Lightning Web Components (LWC) • Flow Automation • SOQL/SOSL • Salesforce Security Model • Platform Events • REST/SOAP APIs • MuleSoft integration patterns • CI/CD and DevOps practices • Azure DevOps and/or Gearset • Git source control • Agile methodologies • Integration with pharmacy, payer, or healthcare systems preferred • AWS-based architecture familiarity preferred • Event-driven architecture experience preferred
