📋 Description

• Provide advanced architectural leadership for AI Architecture & Enablement within an assigned business area • Align AI-enabled solution development with broader architecture direction • Translate business and product needs into practical architectures for AI-enabled applications, agents, retrieval-augmented generation solutions, intelligent workflows, and supporting application, service, API, data, and platform components • Guide AI opportunities from technical exploration through scalable, secure, maintainable production implementation • Drive architecture within the assigned scope and establish and apply technical standards • Guide design decisions involving cost, scalability, security, reliability, data protection, maintainability, and operational support • Develop prototypes and reference implementations • Conduct design reviews and provide technical guidance and implementation oversight • Enable teams to adopt AI development practices involving agents, retrieval and knowledge integration, model and framework selection, evaluation, prompt and context engineering, tool integration, human oversight, and AI-assisted software development • Identify recurring technical challenges and create reusable patterns, examples, and guidance • Partner with Product, Engineering, Support, Security, Data, Platform, Infrastructure, Enterprise Architecture, and knowledge-system owners • Ensure solutions use trusted information, enforce appropriate permissions, preserve provenance, and operate within organizational and regulatory constraints • Align the architecture vision and architecture runway with business strategies and portfolios • Collaborate with team members to determine software best practices and requirements • Support development teams and solve common challenges proactively • Complete special projects and other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience • 6+ years of experience building world-class web UI/workflow/backend applications • Significant experience in UX/UI architecture and Application/Solution architecture • Hands-on experience building rich and highly responsive APIs • Expert coding skills using functional or higher languages/frameworks such as Java, Golang, and Spring • Directly led architecture and software design for one or more teams • Deep familiarity with Microservices, Cloud Native, Cloud technologies, and Enterprise Patterns • Experience with agile methodologies and best practices across all stages of SDLC • Experience with CI/CD and other DevOps tools • Experience with APM and Observability tools • Working knowledge of designing distributed and streaming applications • Ability to provide a dedicated, secure work area with reliable high-speed internet • Ability to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation
