📋 Description

• Lead engineering teams building a consumer health experience on the Health100 platform • Identify, prioritize, shape, and execute complex platform initiatives • Design, oversee, and evolve scalable distributed systems, APIs, and AI-enabled platform capabilities • Recruit, mentor, and retain high-performing engineers • Lead engineering initiatives from strategy and prioritization through delivery • Establish KPIs and OKRs, proactively mitigate risks, and ensure operational excellence • Promote secure, compliant, and responsible use of AI technologies • Partner with engineering, product, design, security, analytics, and business teams • Guide integration and validation of complex technology solutions • Leverage Generative AI, machine learning, intelligent automation, and emerging technologies • Deliver scalable cloud-native and AI-enabled solutions that improve consumer experiences and business outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience • 3+ years managing and growing high-performing engineering teams in Agile, cloud-native environments • Strong hands-on technical foundation in Java and microservices architecture • 5+ years of cloud development experience, with GCP preferred • Ability to guide architecture decisions and evaluate engineering tradeoffs • Experience leading teams through the full software delivery lifecycle from discovery and design through deployment and production operations at scale • Experience delivering modern platform capabilities and leveraging AI-powered technologies, large language models (LLMs), intelligent automation, or data-driven solutions • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience • Alternatively, high school diploma plus 4 years of relevant work experience • Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered in accordance with federal, state and local laws
