📋 Description

• Participate in a two-year developmental program to learn full-stack automation engineering • Assist in supporting existing applications and/or development efforts • Write high-quality code compliant with enterprise and industry regulations • Collaborate with business analysts and product owners to understand business priorities • Analyze and improve the efficiency of systems and services • Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities to implement new technologies • Create and execute test scenarios and plans for new and changed components • Share knowledge with other IT business personnel • Troubleshoot problems identified by users • Use automation tools such as Ansible and Jenkins to automate use cases • Work within Agile, XP, and Kanban delivery frameworks • Work on technology involving IT Security, Automation, Network, Cloud, and Artificial Intelligence

🎯 Requirements

• Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required • 1+ years of experience (academic or professional) in a relevant IT position • 6+ months of experience programming, developing, or coding • Boot camps, Academies, Certifications, etc. seriously considered • Experience with commonly used software engineering and design tools, including Python, PowerShell, YAML, algorithms, data structures, and front-end design • Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment, writing and testing code, and delivering enterprise-wide applications • Experience with cloud concepts and providers, including Azure, GCP, AWS, cloud security, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform • Experience with data integration and relational/non-relational databases • Experience with cybersecurity and network security, including endpoint security, NIST standards, MITRE ATT&CK Framework compliance and regulation, risk management, and security architecture development • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to communicate to both technical and non-technical audiences • Demonstrated history of continuous learning, growth, and improvement • Ability to work well independently and as part of a cohort • Work visa sponsorship is not available for this role
