📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full stack applications, APIs, and automation solutions • Build cloud-native solutions using Python, Azure services, system integrations, and event-driven architectures • Develop and support dashboards, reporting solutions, and data-driven applications • Provide actionable insights into operational performance, service delivery, and business outcomes • Collaborate with product, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into secure, reliable, and maintainable software solutions • Contribute to architecture, design, and technology decisions • Conduct code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD, monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives • Ensure application quality, scalability, and reliability

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience designing, developing, and supporting full stack applications, APIs, or enterprise software solutions • 3+ years of hands-on development experience with Python, including application development, automation, system integrations, and API-based solutions • 2+ years building and deploying cloud-native solutions using Microsoft Azure, including serverless technologies, event-driven architectures, and related cloud services • 2+ years creating reporting, analytics, and data visualization solutions using Power BI or comparable business intelligence platforms • 1+ year applying modern software engineering practices, including Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, Agile delivery, and DevOps methodologies • Experience supporting or integrating with Contact Center and Telephony platforms such as Five9, Cisco, Avaya, Oracle, Genesys, or Microsoft Teams • Familiarity with workflow automation, user provisioning, access management, and operational support processes, including orchestration of business and technical workflows • Knowledge of observability and monitoring practices, including logging, performance monitoring, alerting, and operational reporting in cloud environments • Exposure to infrastructure and automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Azure DevOps, or similar technologies • Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments, collaborating across multiple teams to deliver solutions balancing business needs, operational support, security, and reliability • Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or equivalent work experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)
