📋 Description

• Provide overall production support for voice engineering applications in multiple languages using a diverse toolset • Drive service excellence for CVS Health clients through a dedicated advisory team • Identify continuous service improvements and communicate updates to senior leaders • Partner with Business and Account Management and internal IT teams to lead and support client services • Serve as the single point of contact between business and technical teams • Monitor production issues and provide status updates • Support incident, request, and change management • Develop and debug full-stack applications and related technologies • Debug complex system problems across the application, server, communications, networking, and hosting stack • Support proprietary and vendor-developed or vendor-supported applications • Complete and support technical projects across all phases of the SDLC • Travel 10–20%

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of production support experience in a large-scale, diverse environment • Hands-on experience providing AI solutions to automate and eliminate production issues • Hands-on experience with SRE concepts and implementation • Hands-on experience in Incident, Request, and Change Management • Hands-on experience developing and debugging full-stack applications • Experience with Fullstack, Java, cloud technologies, IVR systems, AngularJS, ASP.NET, C#, or VB.NET • Experience with backend web services and Windows Services • Experience with TFS and GitHub version control/build tools • Experience with observability tools such as Splunk, AppD, DynaTrace, and DataDog • Experience with ActiveBatch or similar workload automation and enterprise job scheduling • ITIL qualification and expert knowledge of ITIL disciplines • Experience across coding, systems, data analysis, testing, and operations • Experience with Salesforce platform suite, including AgentForce for AI-based solution support • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred • Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP preferred • Strong communication skills for meetings with technical and business audiences • Understanding of .NET, C#, MQ, Java/J2EE, and related technologies • Experience with DB2, Oracle, and SQL Server • Expertise in Log4Net, Signal, AltSoft, Castle, XEngine, irAuthor, inRule, DevExpress, WinForms, BizTalk, Elastic Search, Kibana, SSIS, and SSRS • Experience supporting proprietary and vendor-developed or vendor-supported applications • Demonstrated successful completion of technical projects • Demonstrated proficiency across all phases of the SDLC • Healthcare, PBM, Medicare, or Med D experience preferred • Ability to travel 10–20%
