📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end quality engineering activities for enterprise healthcare and insurance applications • Ensure high-quality delivery across Pega Customer Decision Hub and Google cloud platforms • Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites • Improve test coverage, reliability, and execution efficiency • Validate Pega decisioning capabilities, including Next Best Action, NBA Designer, Treatments, Proposition Management, Adaptive Models, Customer Journeys, and Decision Strategies • Perform functional, integration, and regression testing • Develop and execute API testing strategies • Validate system integrations and business services • Integrate automated test suites into Azure DevOps and Jenkins CI/CD pipelines • Enable continuous testing and accelerate software delivery cycles

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of QA, test automation, or quality engineering experience • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies • Experience with Selenium and/or Playwright automation • Experience testing Pega-based solutions, including Customer Decision Hub • Experience with API testing and REST service validation • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience • Alternatively, High School Diploma/GED plus 4 years of relevant experience • Preferred: Pega CDH, NBA Designer, Next Best Action, adaptive models, proposition management, case management, or customer order management experience • Preferred: Healthcare or insurance domain experience • Preferred: Experience with Tosca, Appium, GitHub Copilot, DBeaver, or Visual Studio Enterprise • Preferred: ISTQB, Scrum, Tosca, or Selenium-related certification
