📋 Description

• Adjust the quality assurance test strategy and approach for projects varying in nature and complexity • Administer the resource allocation plan for the engineering department to execute testing activities efficiently according to timelines and project priorities • Advise managers on commonly utilized quality assurance practices and emerging engineering technologies • Allocate resources for training and skill development to improve engineering team capabilities • Assess software application quality and performance to identify patterns and anomalies • Assist with development of test management tools assessing application performance, scalability, and reliability • Contribute to quality assurance metrics and reports for the engineering department • Coordinate real-time collaboration and document sharing for the quality assurance engineering team • Determine test coverage, testing techniques, and the balance between manual and automated testing

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years quality engineering experience • Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills • Adept at business intelligence • Adept at problem solving and decision making skills • Adept at collaboration and teamwork • Adept at growth mindset skills • Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) preferred • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
