📋 Description

• Provide strategic technical leadership for the Data Self-Service Platform using React, Python, and Snowflake • Lead one of the Data Platform teams and manage end-to-end delivery of a critical internal self-service application • Modernize how data is accessed and managed through user-friendly self-service tools • Build a Self-Service Data Quality Platform for pipeline monitoring, alerts, and data integrity • Build an AI-powered analytics platform to generate semantic layers and data models for analytic agents • Manage, mentor, and foster the professional growth of software engineers • Coordinate project planning, resource allocation, and delivery timelines • Bridge engineering, product, and business stakeholders • Ensure high code quality, observability, and robust architecture practices • Facilitate agile ceremonies and operational efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with a proven track record in leadership/management • Experience leading full-stack teams; React/Python preferred • Strong communication skills for stakeholder and cross-functional team management • Experience overseeing production-grade full-stack applications • Experience with gRPC/REST API development • Experience managing Docker containerized environments • Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps/GitHub • Knowledge of Kafka or similar event-streaming platforms • Knowledge of relational/cloud data platforms, including Snowflake • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent work experience • Preferred: experience with Claude AI, AI-enhanced development environments, or MCPs • Preferred: familiarity with Terraform • Preferred: exposure to CQRS, Domain-Driven Design, and MediatR • Preferred: knowledge of structured logging, retry policies, and health check integrations • Preferred: understanding of JWT, Okta, and policy-based authentication • Preferred: experience with .NET 6+ or .NET 8.0 • Preferred: DBT (Data Build Tool)
