📋 Description

• Lead the design, delivery, and execution of strategic technology initiatives supporting the HCB SAP S/4 transformation program • Manage a team of engineers, solution architects, and vendor partners • Deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality integration, data, and application solutions across SAP S/4 and enterprise platforms • Drive SAP S/4HANA implementation and integration delivery • Oversee enterprise data migration and reconciliation • Support financial systems modernization • Lead SAP and non-SAP application integration • Govern architecture and solution design • Lead vendors and cross-functional teams • Execute programs, manage risks, and engage stakeholders • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, enterprise architects, infrastructure teams, and external partners • Maintain operational excellence and deliver project objectives

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, application development, systems integration, or enterprise technology delivery • Experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation or ERP implementation programs • Strong understanding of system integration patterns, APIs, middleware platforms, and cloud-based architectures • Experience managing end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes using Agile methodologies • Demonstrated success delivering complex, cross-functional technology programs on time and within budget • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills • Experience working with third-party vendors, consultants, and offshore delivery teams • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field required • Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered • Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, or modernization programs • Knowledge of SAP integration technologies, including SAP BTP, SAP CPI, DataSphere, and related SAP ecosystem tools • Experience in finance, healthcare, insurance, or regulated industry environments • Familiarity with Oracle financial systems, enterprise data platforms, and large-scale data migration initiatives • Experience driving organizational change management and technology adoption initiatives • Strong understanding of data governance, security, compliance, and audit requirements
