📋 Description

• Drive enterprise architecture and technical strategy focused on microservices-based design and AI platform engineering • Design and develop scalable microservices architectures, APIs, domain-driven services, and event-driven systems • Lead development and integration of AI/ML solutions, including LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, and agentic frameworks • Develop scalable data platforms and pipelines for real-time and batch processing across enterprise systems • Enable AI-powered intelligent search, recommendations, and decision-support systems • Lead development and optimization of search algorithms and systems using Elastic, OpenSearch, or Solr • Drive adoption of CI/CD, DevOps, and automated testing using GitHub, Jenkins, CircleCI, and Harness • Ensure system reliability, observability, and performance through monitoring and operational excellence • Collaborate with product managers, architects, and business stakeholders on scalable, modular, intelligent solutions • Lead design reviews and define best practices for microservices design, API contracts, and service governance • Mentor engineers • Drive responsible AI practices, including model evaluation, governance, and production readiness

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, including full software development lifecycle • 5+ years of experience building enterprise-scale cloud-native applications using GCP, Azure, or AWS • 5+ years of programming experience in Java, Python, Kotlin, or Go, emphasizing backend and API-driven development • 3+ years of experience designing and developing microservices architecture, including service decomposition, API design, and event-driven patterns • 2+ years of experience integrating AI/ML solutions, including LLMs, RAG architectures, or AI-enabled applications • 2+ years of experience designing and implementing distributed systems and microservices at scale, including resiliency, scalability, and fault tolerance • Experience with ElasticSearch, OpenSearch, Solr, Lucene, or another search technology • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes • Strong understanding of observability, logging, monitoring, and production support • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience) • Preferred: experience building intelligent data-driven systems, personalization, recommendations, and analytics platforms • Preferred: proficiency in machine learning, statistical analysis, predictive modeling, mathematical methods, search relevance, and ranking techniques • Preferred: ability to communicate complex technical concepts and business implications to diverse stakeholders
