📋 Description

• Design and implement high-performance distributed control plane services using Go • Lead complex project workstreams from design through release • Develop scalable microservice interfaces using gRPC and REST • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through technical guidance and code reviews • Solve distributed-systems edge cases and operational bottlenecks • Improve build pipelines, service boundaries, and operational workflows • Participate in on-call support and system monitoring to troubleshoot production incidents and maintain platform availability

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Go, microservices architecture, and distributed control plane systems or low-latency infrastructure APIs • Experience with containerization, virtualization, or cloud-native infrastructure technologies such as Kubernetes or Firecracker • Deep understanding of distributed systems principles, concurrency patterns, and network performance tuning in Linux environments • Ability to lead complex projects, break problems into deliverable features, and mentor engineers • Growth mindset, willingness to learn, openness to feedback, and focus on code maintainability
