📋 Description

• Scope, architect, and build robust integrations and custom features connecting the platform with client infrastructure • Work directly with technical stakeholders and executives to understand workflows and pain points • Write clean, maintainable, production-ready full-stack code • Design and implement AI-enabled solutions using large language models, agents, structured outputs, tool calling, and emerging AI patterns • Develop approaches to evaluate AI systems for quality, accuracy, latency, cost, security, and reliability • Determine when AI or traditional software is the right solution • Translate ambiguous business problems into working prototypes, validate solutions with users, and evolve successful concepts into secure, scalable production systems • Act as the voice of the customer to influence the product roadmap • Guide clients through deployment for optimal performance, scalability, and security • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in real time within constrained client environments

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions architecture, or a technical customer-facing engineering role • Proficiency in at least one major backend language (e.g., Python, Go, Java, C++) • Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue) • Strong experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure • Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes • Solid understanding of REST and GraphQL APIs • Solid understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases • Solid understanding of data pipelines • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Deep knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and data privacy regulations • Background in consulting or systems integration
