📋 Description

• Provide billable consulting services to predominantly law firm clients across the full suite of modules • Perform solution design and configuration • Assist with end-to-end testing, classroom training, and Go-Live support • Lead the definition of functional requirements for assigned projects • Work with Project Management and Technical Consultants to translate requirements into specific implementation plans and tasks • Produce project documentation, including Functional Requirements Definition, Requirement Specifications, Training Strategy, and Testing Strategy • Pursue issue resolution and communicate project issues to consulting team members, Support Desk, Project Manager, and client stakeholders • Work collaboratively across departments and groups within a matrix organization • Deliver assignments within scope, budget, and schedule • Maintain up-to-date functional knowledge of the software • Work as part of a remote team and contribute to team members' learning and development • Participate in team and internal initiatives and projects • Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental and company objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in business management, accounting, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience • 6–8 years of consulting experience, with a preference for candidates with a legal or accounting background • Experience with legal practice management software system implementations is preferred (Elite Enterprise, Elite 3E, or similar) • Experience as a Functional Consultant implementing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is an advantage • PMP certification is an advantage, but it is not mandatory • Proven analytical and process design skills, including problem-solving, quantitative reasoning, workflow process definition/design/modeling • Outstanding organizational and time management skills, with proficiency in prioritizing tasks and balancing workload to meet project objectives • Excellent verbal, presentation, and written skills, with the ability to communicate intricate technical and procedural matters to technical and non-technical audiences • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships across the organization • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio; Power BI is a plus • Ability to travel up to >50% as business needs require • Sedentary: primarily desk/computer work • Must be legally authorized to work in United States • Elite does not provide employment sponsorship for this position • Experience in a system accounting role or a similar position • Experience in end-to-end knowledge of a law firm, including collections, conflicts, paperless, and electronic billing, would strongly benefit the role
