📋 Description

• Support the design, coding, testing, and validation of programs solving engineering-related problems • Review and test software components against design requirements and document test results • Use Agile software development and software design methodologies in multiple environments • Collaborate with engineers, systems analysts, CX designers, system end-users, and customers on system architectures and implementations • Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements • Design and code new software or modify existing software to add features • Debug existing software and correct defects • Integrate existing software into new or modified systems or operating environments • Develop simple data queries for existing or proposed databases and data repositories • Recommend improvements to documentation and software development process standards • Develop reports supporting program goals • Complete Agile documentation based on user stories • Work with the DevOps pipeline and apply best practices

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS required • 0–1 years of minimum work experience • Ability to sit for long periods • Experience working on an Agile team preferred • Knowledge of Agile software development and software design methodologies • Understanding of DevOps pipeline best practices • Ability to support design, coding, testing, validation, debugging, and software integration • Ability to develop simple data queries for databases or data repositories • Empower AI is a VEVRAA Federal Contractor
