📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise applications using .NET Core, .NET Framework, and C# • Build scalable, resilient, and high-performing solutions supporting mission-critical healthcare workflows • Partner with product managers, architects, and engineering peers to define and deliver product capabilities • Drive technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions • Design and optimize MongoDB data models, indexing strategies, and performance tuning solutions • Champion clean code, automated testing, code reviews, and CI/CD practices • Collaborate in an Agile environment to deliver customer-focused enhancements and features • Integrate third-party applications, APIs, and internal microservices • Modernize systems, reduce technical debt, and improve platform performance and reliability • Use modern engineering tools, including AI-assisted development capabilities • Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions • Mentor junior engineers and share technical expertise • Contribute to engineering standards, development frameworks, and architectural best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • 8+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on .NET technologies • Deep expertise in C# and .NET application development • Strong experience with MongoDB, including schema design, indexing, query optimization, and performance tuning • Experience designing scalable, distributed, and maintainable enterprise applications • Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), SOLID principles, and modern software design patterns • Experience with Git, source control best practices, and CI/CD pipelines • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills • Ability to balance technical excellence with business outcomes and customer needs • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes • Experience building or supporting microservices-based architectures • Front-end development experience using React or Angular • Experience with automated testing frameworks such as NUnit, xUnit, or MSTest • Familiarity with AI-powered development tools • Experience with Azure DevOps • Healthcare technology or SaaS experience is a plus
