📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership for Generative AI projects and intelligent solutions • Design architectures for applications based on LLMs, RAG, and AI agents • Develop Java applications integrated with AI and Machine Learning services • Collaborate with Architecture, Product, Data, and Engineering teams to evolve solutions • Evaluate new technologies, frameworks, and AI models • Define development standards for AI-based applications • Ensure the security, governance, scalability, and observability of intelligent solutions • Provide technical support to other engineers adopting AI within products • Conduct proofs of concept (POCs) for new AI capabilities • Develop intelligent applications using Generative AI • Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions • Develop intelligent agents (AI agents) • Integrate foundation models into the company's products • Evolve AI platforms with a focus on scalability, cost, and performance • Develop reusable components for AI consumption • Automate processes using AI • Provide technical mentoring to engineering teams

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with Java 17+ • Experience with Spring Boot • Experience with microservices • Experience with REST APIs • Experience with GraphQL • Experience with automated testing (JUnit, Mockito) • Knowledge of design patterns • Knowledge of SOLID principles • Knowledge of Clean Architecture • Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) • Knowledge of Event-Driven Architecture • Experience with CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) • Experience with Docker • Experience with Kubernetes • Hands-on experience with Generative AI • Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) • Knowledge of Prompt Engineering • Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) • Knowledge of AI agents • Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) • Experience with the OpenAI API, Azure OpenAI, or Amazon Bedrock • Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks • Knowledge of embeddings and vector databases (Pinecone, OpenSearch, pgvector, Weaviate, ChromaDB) • Knowledge of fine-tuning and model evaluation • Knowledge of Responsible AI, governance, and AI security • Knowledge of model evaluation, metrics, and cost and performance optimization
