📋 Description

• Assist client staff with day-to-day Fortinet product operation and support • Develop methods of procedure (MOPs) for migrations, upgrades, and updates • Develop test plans and test new features and/or releases • Verify configurations and implement best practices • Perform interoperability evaluations of devices interacting with Fortinet products • Provide training and knowledge transfer to client staff • Develop and maintain core competency on Fortinet products and technologies • Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely manner • Work with end users to define specific daily activities throughout the engagement

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in LAN/WAN/Internet consulting, support and/or administration • 5+ years of experience with network security products • 2+ years of experience with Fortinet products • Experience as a Professional Services Consultant/Engineer is a plus • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related work-related experience • Solid understanding of security and networking principles and technologies • Knowledge of switching, routing, load balancing, and WiFi • Knowledge of firewall, IPS, VPN, antivirus, antispam, web filtering, and application control systems • Excellent troubleshooting skills • Outstanding oral communication and presentation skills • Experience working independently and in collaborative, team-oriented environments • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, timelines, project adjustments, and alterations • Ability to elicit cooperation from upper management, clients, and other departments • Ability to bring projects to successful completion through political sensitivity • Strong commitment and self-driven approach • Ability to travel as needed • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
