📋 Description

• Support the development, administration, maintenance, and improvement of collaboration, workflow, data-tracking, and reporting solutions for the transition of circuits and services from the legacy telecommunications contract • Use approved Microsoft 365 capabilities, including SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, to capture, validate, track, schedule, and report circuit and service transition data • Work with the Project Manager, team members, functional leads, and customer stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions • Administer and maintain SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, permissions, metadata, views, forms, and collaboration features • Develop and maintain Power Apps for data entry, validation, status tracking, transition scheduling, task management, and project-information access • Develop Power Automate workflows for notifications, approvals, reminders, routing, data updates, and automated business processes • Develop Power BI reports and dashboards covering circuit/service status, transition milestones, schedules, risks, issues, and project metrics • Support approved data migration, reporting, and integration activities involving SharePoint, Microsoft Excel, SQL Server, and other authorized data sources • Test, troubleshoot, deploy, document, and sustain SharePoint sites, applications, workflows, dashboards, and related solutions • Provide user support, training, and technical guidance to project personnel and site owners • Contribute to project milestones, data-quality improvements, and process-improvement efforts associated with the telecommunications transition project

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, information systems, business, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered • Three to five years of relevant experience in SharePoint administration, Power Platform development, database support, business-process automation, data management, or a related technical field • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, including sites, lists, libraries, permissions, forms, views, and collaboration features • Working experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI • Familiarity with SQL Server, SQL, Microsoft Excel, or comparable data-management and reporting tools • Ability to gather requirements, communicate effectively with functional and technical personnel, and document technical solutions • Experience supporting DISA, DITCO, telecommunications transition efforts, or comparable Department of War environments is preferred • U.S. citizenship is required • Ability to meet applicable customer background investigation, suitability, access, and security requirements as a condition of employment • No certification is required; Microsoft Power Platform or Power BI certification preferred
