📋 Description

• Lead the Maintenance & Operations organization across supported platforms and applications • Direct Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Service Management, and Production Support functions • Maintain SLAs, KPIs, and customer satisfaction targets • Oversee large-scale migration, modernization, and transformation programs from planning through steady-state support • Provide strategic leadership for product development, system enhancements, platform modernization, testing, and operational support teams • Allocate resources across programs and operational initiatives • Collaborate with business leaders, clients, vendors, and technology teams to define requirements and evaluate solutions • Drive continuous improvement through best practices, emerging technologies, automation, and process optimization • Establish governance frameworks, SOPs, runbooks, support models, engineering standards, compliance controls, and risk management processes • Provide technical leadership for solution design, troubleshooting, performance optimization, root cause analysis, and complex issue resolution • Manage departmental budgets, financial planning, vendor relationships, workforce planning, and resource forecasting • Recruit, develop, mentor, and retain high-performing teams • Monitor technology trends, business demands, customer needs, and market developments • Deliver executive-level reporting on operational health, program status, engineering effectiveness, financial performance, risks, and strategic initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in IT • 8+ years in engineering, operations, and technology leadership roles • Proven experience leading enterprise production support teams • Strong knowledge of SDLC, ITIL, and operational governance • Experience supporting large-scale migration, business transformation, and technology modernization initiatives • Successful management of cross-functional teams, vendors, and key stakeholder relationships • Strong communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills • Experience working within highly regulated environments • Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs and travel as required • Video cameras must be used during all interviews and during the initial week of orientation
