📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a team of technical professionals to deliver high-quality solutions • Oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to best practices and timelines • Manage change control processes and system update implementations • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define solutions aligned with business objectives • Analyze and solve complex technical and functional challenges • Support and enhance C/Unix-based applications and systems • Drive continuous improvement in release cadence and operational efficiency • Contribute to strategic planning and roadmap development for technical initiatives • Design, develop, install, test, and document application software, including server, client, and web components • Design, document, and deliver technical architecture solution elements • Coordinate between application architects and developers to ensure accurate design requirements and desired client ROI • Define project requirements, functional specifications, and detailed application solution designs • Develop technical documentation and test plans supporting integration and deployment • Work closely with software developers to advance key goals and objectives for Gainwell and its clients

🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years of application development, technical leadership, and batch programming experience using C, Unix, and Linux • 3+ years of experience leading technical teams • SQL knowledge for database querying and data structures, including SQL Server or Oracle • System integration and scripting experience • Experience with Longterm Care/Longterm Services & Support highly desired • Excellent communication and stakeholder management • Ability to translate technical concepts into business language • In-depth knowledge of SDLC methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall • Change management and release planning knowledge • Organizational and project management skills • Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve complex problems • Root cause analysis and corrective action implementation • Knowledge of cloud platforms, including Azure and AWS • DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline knowledge • Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs and travel as required • Video cameras must be used during all interviews and the initial week of orientation
