📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary technology team of approximately eight employees • Establish priorities, performance expectations, accountability, and development plans • Identify skill gaps, succession needs, and professional-development opportunities • Balance workloads and align resources with changing business priorities • Build collaboration across engineering, software development, infrastructure, security, data, operations, vendors, and business stakeholders • Oversee approximately 30 concurrent technology initiatives with competing priorities and dependencies • Provide oversight for strategic technology projects with budgets of $1 million or more • Monitor scope, status, risks, resources, budgets, dependencies, and outcomes • Partner with executives and business leaders to prioritize initiatives • Translate business objectives into organized, actionable work for technical and software-development teams • Ensure requirements, acceptance criteria, testing plans, data needs, documentation, and implementation expectations are defined before development • Oversee third-party vendors and ensure accountability for timelines, quality, contractual commitments, security requirements, and outcomes • Lead major system implementations, telecommunications initiatives, integrations, application enhancements, and reporting solutions • Guide reports, dashboards, data models, analytics, and business-intelligence solutions, including Power BI • Promote data quality, governance, appropriate access controls, and accurate reporting • Ensure solutions address scalability, reliability, cybersecurity, privacy, integration, supportability, and business continuity • Partner with software-engineering teams on requirements readiness, testing, releases, and production handoffs • Support Agile, DevSecOps, automation, CI/CD, and cloud-based services • Use metrics and operational data to identify bottlenecks and improve technology delivery • Ensure functional, integration, regression, security, performance, and user-acceptance testing • Strengthen QA processes based on project complexity and risk • Ensure implementations include training, documentation, change management, support plans, rollback procedures, and post-launch monitoring • Conduct or support post-implementation reviews • Promote root-cause analysis and sustainable corrective actions • Evaluate AI, automation, and analytics opportunities across requirements development, testing, reporting, project delivery, and team productivity • Ensure AI-enabled solutions include human oversight, data protection, security review, accuracy validation, and governance • Evaluate AI opportunities based on measurable business value • Maintain awareness of cybersecurity threats, privacy expectations, technology regulations, and third-party risks

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience leading technical, data, analytics, reporting, QA, product, project, or business-analysis professionals • Experience managing multidisciplinary technology teams • Experience with data analysis, business analysis, technical analysis, information security, reporting, or related disciplines • Experience managing numerous concurrent technology initiatives with shared dependencies and competing priorities • Experience with major technology implementations, enterprise system changes, ERP initiatives, telecommunications projects, or similar organizational transformations • Ability to translate business objectives into actionable technical requirements • Experience with project risk, resource allocation, prioritization, quality, and escalation • Ability to communicate complex technical issues to executives, business leaders, vendors, and technical teams • Knowledge of modern software delivery, QA, data governance, cybersecurity, cloud services, automation, and AI-enabled business tools • Working knowledge of .NET / .NET Core, C#, T-SQL / SQL Server, Entity Framework, ASP.NET, .NET MVC, Angular and/or React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap • Up to 20% travel as needed • Preferred: healthcare and/or call-center environment experience • Preferred: experience managing approximately 30 simultaneous initiatives or similarly complex workload • Preferred: Power BI, enterprise reporting, data visualization, analytics, or data-management experience • Preferred: familiarity with ERP platforms, telecommunications systems, enterprise applications, and system integrations • Preferred: experience in regulated, security-sensitive, or data-intensive environments • Preferred: vendor management, budgeting, contract oversight, and technology procurement experience • Preferred: experience applying AI or automation to technology delivery, reporting, QA, or operational workflows
