📋 Description

• Own and drive the Engineering Change Order (ECO) process for optical transceiver products • Coordinate cross-functional review and approval of design, firmware, component, process, and supplier changes • Assess technical, quality, reliability, manufacturing, inventory, and customer impacts of proposed changes • Manage product configurations, revisions, BOMs, and documentation within PLM and ERP systems • Lead Change Review Board (CRB) activities and ensure timely implementation of approved changes • Coordinate qualification and validation activities required to support product and process changes • Work with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Procurement, and Manufacturing teams to implement changes • Ensure manufacturing documentation, test procedures, and quality plans are updated before production release • Drive change management metrics, process improvements, and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• BS in Electrical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field • At least 5+ years of experience in product engineering, manufacturing engineering, quality engineering, or change management • Experience with optical transceivers, optical components and optical modules is highly desirable • Working knowledge of ECO/ECN processes, product lifecycle management (PLM), and configuration control • Experience with PLM systems (Agile, Windchill, Teamcenter, Arena) and ERP systems (SAP preferred) • Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills
