• Support the design, development, standardization, and administration of clinical education and competency programs across the organization • Develop, revise, and standardize clinical competency frameworks, assessment tools, validation criteria, checklists, and related documentation • Partner with clinical leaders and subject-matter experts to define performance standards, validation methods, evaluator qualifications, reassessment requirements, and documentation practices • Review competencies and education requirements to identify duplication, gaps, outdated content, inconsistent practices, and streamlining opportunities • Research regulatory standards, accreditation requirements, professional guidance, organizational policies, and leading practices • Coordinate project plans, stakeholder meetings, deliverables, approvals, implementation activities, and follow-up actions • Provide consultation and technical guidance on competency design, assessment methodology, documentation, and program administration • Facilitate stakeholder work sessions and project meetings • Develop communications, presentations, job aids, and implementation resources as needed • Perform other duties and special projects consistent with the position
• Bachelor's degree in nursing, allied health, education, healthcare administration, organizational development, or a related field; an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be considered • Five years of progressively responsible experience in clinical education, competency management, healthcare program development, clinical operations, quality, accreditation, or a closely related area • Experience developing or administering competency-based education, assessment tools, clinical education programs, or standardized healthcare processes • Experience coordinating complex projects involving multiple clinical and operational stakeholders • Knowledge of competency-based education, adult-learning principles, assessment methods, program evaluation, and clinical education administration • Ability to translate complex clinical, regulatory, and operational requirements into standards, tools, workflows, and implementation plans • Consultation, facilitation, project-management, analytical, technical-writing, and documentation skills • Ability to build partnerships, navigate competing priorities, and influence outcomes without direct authority • Ability to maintain accurate, organized, and audit-ready program records • Ability to analyze data, identify trends and risks, and present recommendations • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn and administer learning, reporting, and document-management systems • Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information
