📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of engineers • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and professional development opportunities • Collaborate with product, design, analytics, marketing, and telemedicine teams on growth strategies and initiatives • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets • Facilitate agile events including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives • Coach the team on industry best practices and common ways of working • Ensure rigorous quality assurance in an agile development environment • Improve platform scalability and performance • Drive architecture, reliability, and developer experience for GoFlow • Lead cross-functional migrations, eligibility and checkout orchestration, and next-generation platform architecture • Anticipate business and industry issues and recommend innovative approaches • Manage multiple teams of individual contributors and/or managers

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant work experience in software engineering, managing and leading teams in fast-paced hyper-growth environments • Expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next, GraphQL, and Node • Proven experience building and managing high-performing teams • Strong full-stack development and architecture background • Experience designing, building, and scaling web platforms for high-traffic applications • Understanding of agile frameworks and project management practices • Ability to prioritize effectively and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment • Clear and concise communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences • Excellent and exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail • Strong business acumen and strategic mindset • Ability to manage multiple teams of individual contributors and/or managers • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction for any employer
