📋 Description

• Develop and maintain full-stack Drupal websites • Create custom Drupal modules and themes using PHP, Twig, JavaScript, and CSS/SCSS • Manage configuration and integrate third-party APIs and services • Ensure website performance, security, and accessibility standards across front-end and back-end components • Maintain web content, including large product catalog pages in multiple languages • Troubleshoot reported bugs and test fixes and implementations • Build MySQL database queries to support user experiences • Own feature implementation • Convert mockups and wireframes into fully functional webpages • Maintain and enhance web applications including Single Sign-On, content management systems, learning management systems, and in-house applications • Use AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code • Create site diagrams, project workflow diagrams, and wireframes • Use web analytics to suggest website improvements • Optimize website content and structure for SEO, privacy, cookie consent, and accessibility • Maintain Hunter’s brand image, integrity, and graphic standards • Perform peer reviews of feature implementations, enhancements, and bug fixes • Collaborate with project managers and creatives on maintainable solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in web design, graphic design, or a combination of education and relevant work experience • Minimum 3 years of experience in website development and design • Advanced knowledge of HTML, jQuery, PHP, and CSS • Ability to hand code without reference material • Experience designing and developing responsive design websites • Ability to write media queries • Experience with open-source content management systems; Drupal preferred • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and other professional graphic design software • Understanding of the full web development process, including design, development, and deployment • Knowledge and demonstrated experience with cross-browser and cross-platform issues, including Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari • Experience working on a Mac platform • Effective interpersonal skills to coordinate efforts and work with other departments • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Experience with a versioning system such as Git or SVN preferred • Experience with design frameworks such as Foundation or Bootstrap preferred • Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as Vue.js or Angular preferred • Ability to create custom Drupal modules preferred • Ability to leverage AI tools responsibly to increase speed and reliability of code delivery • Willingness and ability to work PST core hours • Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent work experience alternative
