📋 Description

• Create the technical vision and implement features from the product roadmap for the Endpoint Security Posture Management (ESPM) product • Build and grow the new ESPM product from the ground up • Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end solutions primarily using Ruby on Rails • Deliver code quickly and efficiently for rapid value delivery and testing • Implement efficient data pipelines to extract relevant information from massive amounts of noise • Collaborate with security researchers to understand hacking strategies and methods to combat them • Provide architectural and design direction as a technical thought leader • Improve solution quality through code reviews, manual testing, and automated testing • Set standards for excellence and develop processes to improve team efficiency • Lead junior engineers on larger projects, including task breakdown, design validation, and stakeholder point-of-contact responsibilities • Design systems and architecture for efficient petabyte-scale data processing • Build scalable solutions, UI, data models, event ingestions, and automated detectors for suspicious activity

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience developing complex software products • 5+ years of programming in Ruby on Rails • Experience with AI coding tools, such as Claude Code • Experience with relational databases, such as Postgres • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills • Ability to learn quickly and think outside the box • Technical leadership and mentoring ability • Ability to design systems and architecture supporting petabytes of data efficiently
