📋 Description

• Create the technical vision and implement new features from the product roadmap • Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end solutions primarily using Ruby on Rails • Build scalable solutions for emerging identity security threats • Develop UI, scalable data models, event ingestions, and automated detectors • Implement efficient data pipelines to extract relevant information from massive amounts of noise • Collaborate with security researchers to understand hacking strategies and countermeasures • Provide architectural and design direction as a technical thought leader • Improve solution quality through code reviews, manual testing, and automated testing • Set standards for excellence and develop efficiency-improving team processes • Lead junior engineers on larger projects, break down ambiguous problems, validate designs, and serve as point of contact for stakeholders • Design systems and architecture to process petabytes of data efficiently • Work with product managers, senior engineers, designers, and market experts

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience developing complex software products • 5+ years of programming in Ruby on Rails • Experience with AI coding tools, such as Claude Code • Experience with relational databases, such as Postgres • Preferred: Experience working in the CyberSecurity industry • Preferred: Experience working with external APIs, particularly REST, OData, authZ and authN flows • Preferred: Familiarity with identity and resource security providers like m365, Okta, Google Workspaces, or similar • Preferred: Experience with other data storage technologies, including Clickhouse, Redis, ElasticSearch, and Mongo
