📋 Description

• Lead and contribute to RxClaim development and enhancement projects • Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain applications using SYNON and AS400 • Work with COBOL/400 and related IBM i technologies • Support pharmacy claims adjudication and pricing processes • Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective solutions • Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical resolutions • Collaborate with onsite/offshore teams, business analysts, QA, and other stakeholders • Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to development team members

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in SYNON • 3+ years of experience in RxClaim adjudication • Experience with healthcare pharmacy claims and pricing • COBOL/400 experience • AS400 / IBM i experience • Experience with Medicare and Medicaid claims • Strong understanding of claims processing and adjudication workflows • Experience working in an onsite-offshore delivery model • NO OPT/CPT • Preferred: RPG / RPGLE • Preferred: DB2/400 • Preferred: CL/CLP • Preferred: Batch processing • Preferred: Healthcare/PBM systems • Preferred: Production support and troubleshooting • Preferred: Technical leadership experience
