📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers across the company to scope, design, and ship features and systems that meaningfully impact our customers. • Partner with quality engineers to co-create, evolve, and maintain a thoughtful testing strategy that keeps our product fast, reliable, and resilient. • Lead technical discussions, share context generously, and mentor teammates through clear, kind feedback and coaching. • Help grow an inclusive, high-performing team by interviewing and hiring engineers from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences. • Build in a modern stack that includes TypeScript, ReactJS, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and Kubernetes on Google Cloud Platform—no need to have used all of these before; we’ll support you as you learn.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 7+ years of software experience architecting, building, launching and maintaining complex systems (a formal degree is not required, we are prioritizing industry experience) • Leadership across teams and a drive towards improving overall technical architecture and achieving company-wide goals • Passion for software engineering to build and ship great product • Hands-on experience shipping valuable products to production with real user feedback • A high bar for quality • Strong cross-team communication and collaboration skills • Ironclad’s Values: drive, intent, integrity, and empathy
