📋 Description

• Serve as the principal technical advisor to enterprise clients • Build high-level trust relationships and advise clients on Karat's solutions • Analyze clients' hiring processes and performance requirements • Ensure precise solution alignment and Karat product delivery • Present Karat's technical solution to prospects as the subject matter expert • Architect and implement initial Karat interview frameworks for new enterprise clients • Conduct strategic customer reviews to ensure business alignment and optimal performance • Design and deliver executive-level training sessions for client stakeholders • Analyze performance data and calibrate assessment metrics with Content and Data teams • Translate findings into actionable strategic recommendations • Drive continuous improvement of Customer Operations and GTM internal processes

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional work experience in strategic technical account management, client success engineering, solutions/deployment engineering, or SaaS/technical/financial services consulting focused on technical implementation • Demonstrated success as a strategic advisor during client onboarding • Ability to build trusted rapport, make thoughtful recommendations, and guide clients through complex implementation processes • Experience directly engaging with C-Suite executives in a client-facing capacity • Strong working knowledge of SQL • Client-facing experience with technical customers required • Must reside in FL, IL, MA, MO, OR, TX, or WA • Immigration sponsorship is not available
