📋 Description

• Provide 24/7 operations and maintenance support for SharePoint Online and Power Platform environments • Monitor systems, resolve issues, handle ad hoc requests, and manage escalations • Fulfill service requests involving permissions, content migrations, SharePoint pages, analytics, and business automations • Resolve user-reported issues according to SLAs and SOPs and maintain detailed ticket updates • Collaborate with tenant administrators and participate in tenant-level workgroup meetings • Support content migration efforts and maintain, enhance, or decommission collaboration solutions and business automations • Plan and execute retirement of legacy SharePoint components with minimal service disruption • Develop and maintain automated reports, workflows, and operational tools • Monitor alerts, detect anomalies, implement corrective actions, and mitigate risks • Support integrations with MFA, Tableau, SWIFT, NOFO Navigator, Drupal, Records Management systems, and other third-party tools • Provide technical guidance, standards, training, office hours, and work-session support to stakeholders and citizen developers • Manage SharePoint content, consolidate sites, eliminate duplicates, and archive or delete unused sites • Generate operational and data-related reports, dashboards, and audit logs • Administer Azure DevOps project collections, projects, backlogs, permissions, repositories, CI/CD pipelines, and dashboards • Maintain the Azure DevOps backlog using Agile methodologies and facilitate sprint planning • Implement Records Management General Records Schedules and tagging functionalities • Develop and enhance solutions using SharePoint Online, MS Teams, MS Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Drupal, and Copilot • Leverage automation and AI while ensuring testing, documentation, SDLC adherence, and zero production defects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field from an accredited college or university • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft SharePoint Online development, administration, and support • 3+ years of experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) • Experience working in an operations and maintenance (O&M) environment with defined SLAs and ticketing systems • Strong proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint Online, including site creation, content management, permissions management, and page development • Experience developing and maintaining Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Power BI dashboards and reports • Experience with Azure DevOps, including backlog management, CI/CD pipeline configuration, repository setup, and user permissions management • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum, sprint planning, and backlog grooming • Ability to resolve user-reported technical issues in compliance with established SLAs and SOPs • Experience supporting SharePoint integrations with third-party tools and systems such as Dynamics 365, Drupal, Tableau, or similar platforms • Ability to develop and maintain automated workflows, reports, and tools for IT operations • Experience planning and executing retirement or migration of legacy SharePoint components • Knowledge of Records Management principles and ability to implement General Records Schedules (GRS) and tagging functionalities • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Ability to provide technical guidance, training, and support to citizen developers and non-technical end users • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently manage workload priorities • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance • Preferred: experience in a federal government IT environment, Microsoft certifications, Dynamics 365, Microsoft Copilot and AI tools, Drupal, SSO and MFA, SharePoint content migrations, SDLC and software testing, dashboards and audit logs, and SharePoint governance frameworks
