📋 Description

• Serve as product owner for a defined product area • Define product strategy and create roadmaps • Drive product adoption and impact company goals • Develop and execute product vision aligned with business objectives • Work across Engineering, Data, and Cloud departments to manage dependencies and align teams to roadmaps • Drive initiatives to resolution with minimal oversight • Partner with internal teams and external customers to gather requirements • Harmonize strategies across multiple customer needs and influence customer planning • Define, track, and report key performance indicators, including adoption rates and customer satisfaction • Mentor peers and colleagues and contribute to product management team development • Make sound decisions amid ambiguity and escalate issues when needed • Communicate with C-level executives, product teams, and technical stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 12 or more years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 8 years with a Master's degree; or a PhD with 5 years of experience • 5 or more years of experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams • Current or previous Labcorp experience • Proven track record of owning product areas and delivering results that directly impact business outcomes • Demonstrated ability to lead teams through ambiguity to clarity • Radical thinking paired with strong execution and ability to articulate a clear path to achieve an alternative vision • Strong cross-customer collaboration to harmonize strategies and needs of multiple customers • Self-motivated and proactive, with creative and critical thinking capabilities • Ability to lead teams, directly and indirectly, through ambiguity to clarity • Ability to develop and execute a strategic vision for technology products • History of making sound strategic decisions around internal and third-party technology products • Proven collaboration with diverse stakeholders leading to successful product outcomes • History of establishing high-trust relationships with open communication • Experience leading and motivating empowered product management teams focused on delivering business value • Strong technical acumen and ability to translate complex requirements into actionable development plans • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
