📋 Description

• Provide support for performance testing and automation initiatives enterprise-wide • Evaluate and recommend testing tools, technologies, and methodologies • Develop and maintain performance testing policies, frameworks, and best practices • Create, update, and manage performance testing and automation training materials • Coach, mentor, and train cross-functional teams • Simulate hundreds or thousands of virtual users • Capture KPIs including response time, throughput, and error rate • Support HTTP/HTTPS and web services protocols • Produce analysis reports and graphs to identify bottlenecks • Maintain testing infrastructure and tools, including ALM, LoadRunner Enterprise, and UFT • Execute performance testing SDLC activities, including script development, test planning, test execution, analysis, and reporting

🎯 Requirements

• US Citizenship is required • An active Public Trust level clearance is required • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university, preferred • Minimum of 8–10 years of experience with LoadRunner Enterprise • 5 years of experience with ALM and UFT • Software development experience preferred
