📋 Description

• Support the development and implementation of the company's DevOps strategy • Collaborate with development, product, operations, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to deliver software to production quickly and confidently • Design and deploy scalable, highly available AWS infrastructure and systems using HashiCorp tools including Nomad, Consul, Vault, and Terraform • Integrate engineering work into the company's DevOps pipeline • Manage the company's GitHub source code repository and enforce code review and branching best practices • Monitor production system health and performance and troubleshoot issues • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours support and critical incident response • Collaborate with security and compliance teams to meet industry standards and regulations • Provide guidance and mentorship to DevOps Engineers I and II • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with DevOps practices, tools, and technologies, including continuous integration, deployment, and delivery • Understanding of cloud computing platforms, particularly AWS • Experience deploying and managing infrastructure using GitHub Actions, Nomad, Consul, Vault, and Terraform • Experience managing source code repositories, particularly GitHub • Adherence to best practices for code review and branching • Understanding of Linux/Unix systems • Experience with shell and Python scripting • Experience monitoring and troubleshooting production systems • Experience with security and compliance in a DevOps environment • Understanding of industry standards and regulations • Experience working with healthcare data is beneficial • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience • Ability to communicate and collaborate with product developers, direct manager, and engineering peers • Successfully completed and released production code • Ability to describe mPulse's business and client base • Regular contribution to technical discussions • Demonstrated repeated technical project success • Effective use of development environments and tools • Ability to stand and sit for an extended period of time
