📋 Description

• Provide executive oversight, governance, commercial matters, and strategic escalation management • Manage and optimize the client's Atlassian Cloud ecosystem, including Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and approved plugins • Deliver end-to-end platform administration, including project/space setup, workflow design, automation, permissions, and access governance • Drive continuous platform enhancement through configuration changes, dashboard improvements, reporting, and user experience optimization • Support enterprise change initiatives including migrations, upgrades, integrations, and new feature enablement • Provide responsive L1-L3 support services to ensure platform reliability, issue resolution, and business continuity • Enable AI-powered productivity through configuration and maintenance of Atlassian Rovo Agents, prompts, knowledge sources, and workflow integrations • Ensure secure, scalable, and compliant operations through governance, validation, and pre-production testing of all platform changes • Partner with client stakeholders to maximize business value, adoption, and operational efficiency across the Atlassian platform

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as Atlassian Administrator • Atlassian Site Administration • Strong Jira Service Management Administration • Strong Confluence Administration • Zephyr for JIRA • Strong API Development and Integration
