📋 Description

• Administer and maintain the Deltek Costpoint ERP environment, including system configuration, approval workflows, and organizational and project structures • Configure the system to support finance, accounting, projects, procurement, and time and expense functions • Manage user access and security roles according to least-privilege principles • Coordinate system updates, testing, and releases • Support reporting and integrations and connect Costpoint to other tools • Troubleshoot user issues and help teams become more self-sufficient • Create documentation and training materials • Expand responsibilities as the company's technology footprint grows

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience administering or supporting a large ERP system such as Deltek Costpoint, SAP, Oracle, or Workday • Familiarity with finance and accounting operations and ERP support for those functions • Problem-solving mindset and strong attention to detail • Ability to explain technical topics clearly to non-technical people • Direct Deltek Costpoint experience preferred, ideally in a government contracting environment • Awareness of DCAA compliance • Experience configuring ERP workflows and role-based security • Familiarity with Cognos or similar reporting tools • Comfort querying data, such as with basic SQL • Experience with structured task-tracking tools such as Jira • Must be able to obtain an active SECRET security clearance • Must be a U.S. citizen • BA/BS preferably in a technical, analytical, or business discipline, or equivalent relevant work experience • Minimum 3 years of experience in ERP administration and system configuration • Ability to perform repetitive motions with the hands, wrists, and fingers • Ability to engage in and follow audible communications in emergency situations • Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and work on a computer
