📋 Description

• Provide human resources services in employee relations, compensation, talent management, benefits, payroll, staff development and training, organizational development, and recruiting • Support Global Legal, Global Finance, and the Office of Investments • Partner with HR Managers to ensure accurate, timely, and consistent execution of HR processes and policies • Provide operations, administrative, and transactional support to HR Managers, HR Director, staff, and managers • Perform Workday data entry and transactions • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding • Manage and report HR data • Support recruitment activities • Provide benefits and leave administration guidance • Administer location changes, personal move requests, and home office updates • Advise on standard HR practices • Prepare general HR communications, updates, and reminders • Support HR Managers and HR Director on initiatives and projects • Partner with People Team centers of excellence on shared objectives • Report to the HR Director

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 3 years HR related work experience or equivalent combination • Experience responding to HR related questions and problems from employees/management • Experience in database management and spreadsheet software, constructing and producing reports, or data input, manipulation and analysis • Experience working with MS Office software, HR information systems and analytics tools • Experience and familiarity with Workday • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Experience coordinating HR operational activities involving multiple stakeholders • Broad understanding of fundamental HR concepts, processes, and services • Successful completion of The Nature Conservancy's background screening process • Employees must submit their application by logging into Workday and applying via the Jobs Hub
