📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Software Engineers • Develop project professional services for customers • Implement and develop ServiceNow customizations based on functional and technical requirements • Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis on ServiceNow platform issues • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ITSM, HAM, SAM integrations, portal, and other ServiceNow modules • Support and maintain ServiceNow modules • Support and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems • Collaborate with stakeholders and end users to understand requirements and deliver ServiceNow solutions • Participate in platform upgrades, clones, patching, and performance optimization initiatives • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development and configuration best practices • Document technical solutions, workflows, and issue resolutions • Perform deployments

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with ServiceNow SAM/HAM • Experience leading, coaching, and mentoring Software Engineers • Experience developing customizations from functional and technical requirements • Experience with large-scale, complex professional services projects • Advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis on the ServiceNow platform • Experience with ITSM, HAM, SAM integrations, portal, and other ServiceNow modules • Experience supporting and maintaining ServiceNow modules • Experience supporting and maintaining integrations between ServiceNow and external systems • Knowledge of ServiceNow development and configuration best practices • Certified System Administrator (CSA) • Certified Application Developer (CAD) or CIS - ITSM
