📋 Description

• Design scalable, secure, resilient, and highly available cloud and data architectures • Evaluate cloud technologies for new platform capabilities and services • Serve as a subject matter expert for PostgreSQL and Oracle database architectures • Design highly available, replicated, clustered, and geographically distributed database architectures • Build prototypes, proof of concepts, and reference implementations to validate scalability and security • Convert successful prototypes into repeatable architecture patterns and production-ready designs • Balance system design, engineer coaching, requirements clarification, and execution • Ensure alignment with product and SRE partners • Provide technical direction and perform hands-on development

🎯 Requirements

• 12 years of relevant experience • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, another related field, or equivalent • Expertise in developing reusable infrastructure using Terraform modules, templates, and deployment patterns • Ability to develop scripts and automation using Python, Go, Bash, or similar languages • Deep knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, Oracle Database, and MongoDB • Hands-on experience with Redis and Valkey • Understanding of distributed data systems designed for horizontal scalability and high availability
