📋 Description

• Develop and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance reports tracking KPIs, revenue goals, and sales forecasts • Manage multiple projects simultaneously • Review and analyze data and business information from daily activities and projects • Monitor CRM data accuracy and assist in maintaining data integrity • Assist in creating and executing employee recognition programs • Generate sales activity reports and forecasts for the sales team and management • Identify patterns and trends to improve processes and identify areas of focus • Build and maintain internal partnerships across multiple business functions • Develop PowerPoint presentations for regional and executive meetings • Produce weekly sales packages covering activity, referral partners, and revenue • Plan local, regional, and national events, including venue selection, travel coordination, event coordination, and agenda development • Assist with onboarding new hires • Review sales processes and analyze data with Sales leadership to identify improvements, propose changes, and support implementation

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of sales administrative support experience preferred • Degree preferred • Proven ability to support multiple Sr. Sales leaders and extended leadership team • Advanced ability with the Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to work within tight timelines and meet deadlines • Detail oriented • Proficient in CRM; Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics experience preferred • Data driven • Ability to work independently • Experience with Finance software such as Oracle and Xactly • Availability five days per week during designated work hours • Ability to travel less than 25% of the time • Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time • Ability to operate standard office equipment, including computers, phones, printers, and copiers • Ability to communicate effectively in person, via phone, and email • Ability to lift and carry up to 5 pounds as needed • Ability to bend, reach, or stoop as needed • Ability to maintain focus and attention to detail for extended periods • Ability to work at a desk or workstation for extended periods of time
