📋 Description

• Lead architecture and implementation of critical platform capabilities • Own complex technical initiatives from conception through production • Design scalable distributed systems and services • Identify and resolve architectural, reliability, and performance bottlenecks • Establish engineering patterns and technical standards • Collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Infrastructure teams • Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership • Influence long-term platform architecture and technology decisions • Work on complex systems, large-scale integrations, and real-world technical challenges • Tackle challenging backend problems and contribute to architecture, product direction, and engineering culture

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience • Strong expertise in distributed systems and system architecture • Deep proficiency in at least one major programming language • Experience operating systems at meaningful scale • Strong technical leadership and communication skills • Ability to influence across teams without direct authority • AI/ML infrastructure experience is nice to have • Kubernetes and cloud platform experience is nice to have • High-scale distributed systems experience is nice to have • Startup or scale-up experience is nice to have • GPU or data-intensive systems experience is nice to have • Fluent English required • United States work authorization or ability to obtain employer sponsorship
