📋 Description

• Lead presales discovery, analysis, architecture, design, and proposals mapping solutions to customer outcomes and requirements • Drive discovery of customers’ IT current state, goals, outcomes, and initiatives across business, technical, operational, and financial areas • Research industry trends and develop discovery approaches • Develop and lead customer workshops • Document customer current state using back-office tools to support future architectures and roadmaps • Identify customer stakeholders, success criteria, needs, and technical next steps • Coordinate Presidio and vendor partner technical resources • Engage management, directors, and C-level executives • Analyze client requirements and determine target architectures and designs across hardware, software, licensing, cloud, managed, delivery, and consulting services • Create and deliver technical proposals, drawings, diagrams, and analyses to clients • Lead technical roadmap discussions, presentations, knowledge sharing, and customer-related events • Participate in technical champion programs and communities; attain certifications when appropriate • Serve as a trusted advisor through account planning, technical profiles, solution summaries, and client activities • Develop vendor partner relationships and execute partner go-to-market strategies • Execute enablement and career development plans and improve presales processes and go-to-market activities • Mentor and enable sales and presales colleagues and share methods, content, best practices, and lessons learned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience • 7+ years of working experience in systems engineering and/or solution architecture • Understanding and knowledge of common IT and Cloud Operating Models, Enterprise Frameworks, and practices, including OSI and ITIL • Effective presentation and verbal skills across various platforms • Expert-level knowledge and experience designing, implementing, and supporting one or more of Cisco switching and routing platforms, Cisco wireless, Meraki, Palo Alto, Cisco FTD, Meraki MX, Fortinet, Cisco ISE, Aruba ClearPass, AWS DirectConnect, Azure ExpressRoute, Google Connect, Cisco DNA Center, Prime, Aruba Cloud Central, SolarWinds, and SDA architectures • Preferred: experience with data center connectivity, security/compliance/governance frameworks, authentication/authorization, directory services, industry certifications, Aruba CX, Arista, Cisco Commerce Workspace, presales, program/project management, complex multidisciplinary IT projects, RFP/RFI responses, CIO/CTO-level presentations, solution demonstrations, whiteboarding, SOWs, and BoMs
