📋 Description

• Support Regional Healthcare Bankers by requesting and collecting documents and performing financial analysis • Coordinate and communicate with borrowers and Regional Healthcare Bankers to schedule calls and meetings • Review loan requests and process loan files to meet required criteria in a timely manner • Input data into necessary bank software and submit files to the credit department • Review deals for accuracy and negotiate credit terms as necessary • Assist with the complete loan closing process • Verify signatures, execution dates, collateral, and supporting documents • Ensure loan documents are complete, accurate, and properly filed • Maintain compliance with applicable regulations and bank policies and procedures • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field • Previous healthcare loan processing and credit experience • Knowledge of bank policies, procedures and products • Effective and professional verbal and written communications • Exceptional interpersonal skills including ability to develop business relationships • Strong research skills • Strong negotiation skills • Proficient on department software and MS Office products • Ability to maintain compliance with state and federal regulations and bank policies and procedures
