• Serve as the lead developer supporting corporate business systems, primarily Workday systems • Provide technical support and lead analysis and business case development for interfaces, enhancements, and business process changes • Drive testing and acceptance of system changes • Design, test, debug, and provide technical leadership for significant software application enhancements • Perform complex Workday system configuration, development, and report development • Assess feasibility and impact of complex system enhancements and process changes • Test and deploy Workday updates, requirements, enhancements, and integrations • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and EIBs • Lead Workday release implementations and identify enhancement opportunities • Investigate and resolve complex system issues, escalating to vendors or internal system owners as appropriate • Develop and maintain complex Workday dashboards, apps, advanced reports, and shared reports • Serve as a Workday product technical specialist and build relationships with business users and third-party vendors • Lead the team as the senior technical Workday developer • Coordinate application and Epic module preparation, installation, deployment, production support, workflow analysis, design, programming/building, testing, training, and implementation • Manage hardware/software purchases for new projects under the direction of the IS Project Manager • Develop implementation timelines and close outstanding implementation issues • Maintain customer relations and resolve application-related customer issues • Communicate system status, downtime plans, and IT events to assigned departments • Participate in routine scheduled on-call coverage • Perform other duties as assigned
• Bachelor's degree in Information Services, Health Administration, Business Administration, Health Sciences, or related field • Five (5) years of integrated ERP experience in an information technology, business, computer science, or healthcare setting • Equivalent combination of work/academic experience may be considered in lieu of the educational and experience requirements • Workday certification required within 6 months of hire • Proficiency with Workday report writing, security, and/or integrations • Experience with EIB, Studio, and Core Connectors • Experience integrating systems with third-party service vendors • Presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills • Ability to multitask • Knowledge of project management software, concepts, and tracking preferred • Ability to participate in routine scheduled on-call coverage
