📋 Description

• You will be part of the Chat Commerce team, which integrates with RD Conversas, the product responsible for centralizing communications from channels such as WhatsApp, Instagram, and Web Chat. • Create an innovative AI-driven chat commerce ecosystem, ensuring high performance and scalability in conversational flows within RD Atendimento. • Develop high-quality code following internally defined engineering best practices. • Specify features based on documents produced during discovery phases. • Actively participate in code reviews, technical refinements, and mentoring of less experienced developers. • Design and implement scalable architectures for integrations with AI models.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in high-performance environments and handling high volumes of requests. • Strong knowledge of software architecture, code design, and design patterns. • Proficiency with the NoSQL paradigm and MongoDB databases. • Experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and Express. • Familiarity with GCP cloud, messaging (Pub/Sub), and gRPC communication.
