📋 Description

• Lead design and implementation of complex features, using coding agents to accelerate multi-file and cross-service changes where appropriate • Make architectural decisions focused on scalability and maintainability • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers in effective prompting, context management, and critical review of AI-generated code • Define and share team best practices for using agentic tools and validating their output • Influence sprint planning and technical direction, including estimating AI-assisted development timelines • Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis, including issues introduced by AI-generated code • Champion team best practices and evaluate new AI-assisted development tools and techniques • Own front-end architecture decisions covering component structure, state management, performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility • Partner with UX/design to translate designs into performant, maintainable user interfaces • Champion front-end engineering standards for accessibility, performance, and testing

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7+ years of professional software development experience • Deep expertise in C#, .NET, Angular, and SQL Server • Experience with distributed systems and APIs • Proven track record using AI coding agents on complex, real-world changes • Strong judgment about AI coding agents’ limitations and appropriate use • Proven technical leadership and mentoring ability • Ability to coach others on agent-assisted development • Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS, and a modern front-end framework (Angular, React, or Vue)
