📋 Description
• Execute outbound outreach through phone calls, personalized emails, in-person visits, and events to engage HVAC, plumbing, and electrical business owners • Use Clay, Apollo, Claude, and Gemini to automate prospecting tasks • Conduct discovery calls to uncover pain points and demonstrate Redcar’s Voice AI • Maintain a meticulous pipeline record • Work directly with the Founders and Head of GTM to refine messaging in real time • Help build the GTM playbook • Hunt in the physical-world economy to book 5-6 figure deals
🎯 Requirements
• 1-3 years of SDR experience outbounding via calling and emailing • Experience selling into mechanical trades businesses (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) • Winner of President’s Club, Winner’s Circle, top of your cohort, etc. • Competitive, resilient, and driven to win • Background in competitive sports is a plus
